Tool to mail the reviewers the links to their proposals. This is an Excel file with all the proposals submitted during the time the call was active. The IMISCOE Network Office has added the reviewer 1 and 2 for each proposal.

Next you can upload the Excel files with the scores.You can follow the procedures and remind reviewers of any missing proposals to review. The reminder can be an individual mail or a mailing to all reviewers with remaining proposals.

When all proposals are reviewed by both reviewers the IMISCOE Network Office can compute the score and apply the accept/reject logic.
Upload these Excel files to mail merge the proposers of the decision.
